We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of HR Business Partners to lead this function within the Bank and act as a trusted advisor to business leadership including Board Members and top executives. This highimpact role reports directly to the HR Director and combines strategic foresight with operational excellence in a fastpaced highly regulated banking environment.
As the Head of HR BPs you will be responsible for leading a team of strong HR Business Partners and directly supporting designated business areas. You will align people strategy with business goals drive transformation and help shape a resilient inclusive and veteranfriendly culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and develop the team of HR Business Partners fostering professional growth and highquality service delivery.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to designated business areas aligning talent strategy with business needs.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g. C&B L&D Talent Acquisition) to design and implement impactful HR initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on performance leadership employee relations and organizational design.
- Support and lead businessdriven change initiatives and culture transformation projects.
- Ensure consistent application of compensation benefits and performance management frameworks in line with internal policies.
- Help managers build inclusive hightrust highperforming and veteranfriendly teams.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal governance standards.
- Contribute to crossfunctional HR initiatives and transformation projects across the Bank.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles preferably within banking or financial services
- Proven experience partnering with top leadership and managing teams of HR professionals
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of organizational behavior talent management workforce planning and change leadership
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including working directly with Clevel executives
- Strong command of employment law and HR compliance in regulated industries
- Experience in driving complex change management and transformation projects
- Strong coaching and leadership skills you are a trusted advisor and a team builder
- Ability to manage complexity navigate ambiguity and drive results through influence
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken) is required
- Language: Ukrainian fluency in English (both written and spoken)
