As our Customer Partner Manager you will be the linchpin in fostering strong relationships with our clients ensuring their needs are met while driving mutual success and day you will develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty aligning with R1 RCMs goals. To thrive you must have experience in customer relationship management preferably within the healthcare or RCM industry.

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with customers ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.
- Mentor and lead a highperforming team dedicated to customer partnership excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on customer partnerships or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for problemsolving.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence crossfunctional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations and targets.
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management processes is a plus.
