As an Operations Senior Specialist III Team Lead in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. On a team of Specialists your leadership will come through by your example and have the opportunity to help inspire and motivate them to grow in their position and be a goto support for the team supervisor as you work together to achieve the common goal. You will also perform a variety of roles within the Image Services space relating to Direct Auto Refinance Inbound and Outbound activities.
Job responsibilities
- Manage the daily receipt and assignment of all packages to ensure efficient processing.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timeliness and address any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
- Handle daily volumes as needed to maintain smooth operations and meet service level agreements.
- Generate and analyze departmental reports to identify trends track performance and inform decisionmaking.
- Manage exceptions and resolve complex issues to minimize disruptions and report any issues promptly to the leadership team for swift resolution.
- Communicate verbally and written with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and discrepancies effectively.
- Ensure all published procedures/process flows are uptodate and reflect current practices and perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping in where needed to support team success and adapt to changing priorities.
