LOCATION: Any CCS Location

FLSA: 1 FTE Exempt (expectation to work 40 hours per week)

SUPERVISOR: Housing Program Manager

Pay Grade: B10 $60000 $88800 annually depending on experience)

Description:

The Housing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housing staff and coordinating direct housing services for individuals receiving support. This role provides intake and assessment for housing services manages housingrelated case management tasks and ensures timely and effective delivery of support including rental assistance emergency shelter placement and utility support. This position will work closely with the Housing Program Manager to ensure the programs alignment with organizational goals and objectives and collaborate with other service teams to address the needs of individuals with behavioral health challenges.


Key Responsibilities

Peer Supervision & Support

  • Supervise the housing peer team providing ongoing coaching performance feedback and support.
  • Promote a recoveryoriented traumainformed approach to housing support that centers peer voice and empowerment.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new housing peers and ensure service delivery aligns with agency policies and values.

Service Coordination & Case Management

  • Provide intake coordination and assessments for individuals requesting housing support.
  • Deliver case management services including oversight of rental assistance emergency shelter placements and utility or basic needs support related to housing stability.
  • Manage and maintain the housing waitlist to ensure timely service access and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client barriers to housing.

Grant Management

  • Manage and track clients receiving HousingRelated Social Needs (HRSN) Home and CommunityBased Services (HCBS) ensuring documentation and service coordination is complete and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and service guidelines related to HRSN HCBS clients.
  • Monitor engagement and outcomes for HRSN HCBS participants to inform service planning and adjustments.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate timely and complete documentation of all services and client interactions including those by supervised peers.
  • Review housing peer records for quality and compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize agency data systems (e.g. electronic health record) to track services outcomes and client needs.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with the Housing Program Manager to ensure alignment of services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between housing peers and other service providers to support integrated wraparound care.
  • Attend internal meetings case staffing and community partner meetings as needed to represent housing services.

Other Duties

  • Stay up to date with best practices and regulatory updates related to housing services and peer support.
  • Participate in agencywide trainings supervision and planning activities.
  • Perform other housingrelated duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in psychology or social work preferred or have three years of experience working in a social service field. Experience working in housing field is preferred. Able to pass a criminal history background check and have a current drivers license.

Must have excellent typing skills have knowledge of basic office software programs and ability to effectively use such software.

Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats. Must have the ability to present and exchange information internally across teams and coworkers and externally with customers and the public. Information communicated ranges from routine/basic to complex and confidential information.

Must hold a valid drivers license and be insurable or carry insurance for client service purposes and for travel between business offices the community and to attend required meetings and/or trainings. Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536181.537 and in accordance with OARthrough.


PHYISCAL DEMANDS

While performing the essential duties of this job the employee is regularly required to use office automation including computer and phone system that requires fine manipulation grasping typing and reaching. Position will requiring sitting for several hours reviewing reports and other written materials and talking on phone. This position may occasionally be required to lift up to twenty 20 pounds. Incumbent will occasionally have to reach bend kneel and squat when adjusting equipment or retrieving supplies.

This position will require frequent driving often driving for up to 6 hours at a time.

The position may require regular overnight stays some of which will be two or more nights in a row.

The employee should possess a valid drivers license for vehicle travel between business offices and to attend required meetings and/or trainings.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in an office environment and in many community settings. The noise level is usually moderate but occasionally may be exposed to loud noise such as raised voice levels and alarms.

This position is exposed to the everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as an office (i.e. moving mechanical parts airborne particles and electrical shock).
