Our client a Insurance company in Paarl is looking for a Personal Assistant to the MD.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements: Matric with at least 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant preferably to the Financial Services industry OR a BDegree with at least twoormore years experience as a Personal Assistant preferably but not limited to the Financial Services industry Must be computer literate on a basic to intermediary level on Microsoft Office software Must have excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English; Must have excellent interpersonal time management and organizational skills; Must be able to work independently with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads; Must have the ability to follow established processes; Own transport and cell phone is mandatory
Responsibilities: Keeping of electronic diary and organizing the advisors time management; Preparing of reports presentations and other correspondence; Coordinate engagements and events keeping of notes scheduling of meetings booking of venues etc; First point of contact with client enquiries; Maintain client relations; Record keeping of client data on relevant data base system; Preparation of client files according to legislation; Liaising with staff and suppliers when necessary. Attending to client consultations for new business and servicerelated needs; Maintaining of existing business; Developing and presenting financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives to clients; To have a holistic approach to financial advice; Establishing and defining a professional relationship with clients; Analyzing and evaluating of financial information; The implementation of financial planning recommendations; The monitoring of the financial planning recommendations; Oversee the administration of a financial planning practice including but not limited to compliance revisions marketing opportunities etc.
