Creative Director

In September 2021 we joined Levi Strauss & Co. one of the worlds largest brandname apparel companies and a global leader in jeanswear. Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brandbuilding store opening category expansion and distribution.
The Creative Director weaves together compelling stories that captivate our customers and promote engagement. Reporting to the VP of Marketing youll collaborate with teams to bring our brand vision to life across all touchpoints from product design to marketing campaigns. Your role will shape our brands evolution and ensuring every touchpoint resonates and fosters an impression with our customers.
About the Job
- Support the articulation of Beyond Yogas brand visual identity ensuring consistency and coherence across all creative assets and communications.
- Develop narratives that resonate with our audience and bring our brand values to life in authentic and meaningful ways.
- Prior managerial experience with 7 years of experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives to produce compelling visual content that communicates our brands essence and engages our audience.
- Lead the conceptualization and of integrated brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand love grow customer engagement and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing product and sales teams to ensure agreement and integration of creative strategies with our goals.
- Maintain standards of aesthetic excellence in all creative deliverables from product design to marketing materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and cultural shifts to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and improve strategies for maximum impact.
- Mentor and empower a team of creatives promoting a culture of collaboration creativity and learning.
- Build relationships with external partners agencies and vendors to ensure the successful of brand strategies and programs.
About You
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
- Prior success in creative leadership roles within the consumer goods fashion or lifestyle industries.
- Understanding of brand strategy storytelling and visual communication principles.
- Creative vision and the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Prior managerial and teambuilding skills with experience inspiring and motivating creative teams.
This is a hybrid position based in our Culver City CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically TuesdayThursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $119800$177200per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
