HR Operations Specialist:

As a HR Ops Specialist you will provide a variety of administrative project and program support for India organization. You will be joining a fastpaced environment and play an integral part in helping manage endtoend recruiting activities to support BDs hiring needs.

As a main point of contact with managers employees including new joiners you play a key role in helping shape a great onboarding experience for all. This is a great opportunity if you want to get exposure to a hightech company and accelerate your HR professional career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre onboarding areas for candidates and own all onboarding related activities .
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders to support the onboarding activities
  • Measure track and improve onboarding areas to create a world class onboarding experience at Black Duck
  • Assist Talent Acquisition in conducting Recruitment drives and help create an overall candidate experience
  • Take part in special projects aimed at improving existing programs/processes as needed.
  • Data Analysis and management
  • Benefits Administration
  • Support Off Boarding process and Exit clearances
  • Overall HR Operations Support

Key Requirements:

  • An energetic selfstarter who possesses a BA/BS and 25 years of responsible administrative and project management experience preferably in a Staffing or HR organization.
  • Needs to be good with data handling and analysis
  • A motivated selfstarter with a positive demeanor
  • Someone with solid written and oral communication skills with great attention to detail
  • A multitasker who can maintain high levels of customer service and confidential information in a fastchanging environment.
