Job Description
We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time International Logistics Specialist. If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join one of Santa Barbara Countys top employers then wed like to talk to you.
The International Logistics Specialist works in support of the administration of documents and processes for the International Sales Department and assists in logistics support with customer service and shipping. This position will be the International Departments resident expert regarding regulatory document contract management pricing management marketing projects reporting and requirements exporting products. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilitates Annual Distribution Agreements on behalf of International Sales team.
- Administrates BiAnnual and Annual customer comprehensive reports for Distributor accounts.
- Supports and facilitates pricing strategies annually.
- Manages department ClickUp spaces and ensures proper project management progression.
- Works with Shipping Department to determine appropriate packaging protocols in support of International shipments.
- Establishes procedures to support GSA Global Supply Orders.
- Understands and documents customs requirements affecting distribution agreement partners
High School Diploma or G.E.D plus one to two years related experience and/or training is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce.
