Where youll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Position is responsible for interfacing with Lowes Product Lines Accounting/Finance and other various internal Electrolux teams to develop selling strategies to drive incremental business for respective product line(s) while maintaining target profitability levels and volume.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director with tasks related to the Food Preparation category and serve as the primary sales interface with customers to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets
  • Develop and execute strategic product lineups and pricing strategies in coordination with Product Line/Merchandising Managers aligned with EMAs brand and profit objectives.
  • Lead product line reviews and collaborate with Lowes and EMA crossfunctional teams on product development and innovation.
  • Create and implement promotional plans for InStore and Online channels to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of assigned product lines including forecasting promotional spend and order/transition planning.
  • Ensure item data integrity and support item setup processes including SKU creation and updates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and Lowes supporting business strategies with clear data and insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of experience in sales sales operations and merchandising
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with problemsolving ability
  • Proven success in sales account management and customer partnerships
