Position Overview
Were looking for a motivated and detailoriented Creator Acquisition & Success Intern to support both our Creator Acquisitions (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams. Youll play a key role in activating existing lead lists crafting outreach and helping build the internal tools and resources that empower creators to succeed on Passes.
This is a fulltime handson internship where youll gain exposure to both topoffunnel outreach and postonboarding success strategy. Youll be embedded in the teams that bring creators onto the platform and ensure theyre set up for longterm growth.
What Youll Do
Lead Outreach & Engagement
- Use existing lead lists to engage creators via DMs and other platformnative touchpoints
- Send personalized strategic outreach messages that drive attention and responses
- Support AEs in securing qualified meetings through consistent outbound work
- Track outreach progress and performance using internal tools
Internal Tools & Team Support
- Assist AEs in building or refining sales materials including pitch decks and creator case studies
- Support CSMs by helping improve onboarding guides internal FAQs and training documentation
- Contribute to teamwide efforts to build scalable processes and templates
- Join crossfunctional meetings and help support special projects across both teams

- A strong communicator with great instincts for tone personalization and social platform fluency
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and understands the attention to detail they require
- Highly organized and selfsufficient but collaborative and teamminded
- Genuinely interested in creators digital media and platform operations
- Bonus: Youve dabbled in content creation or follow creators closely across platforms
