This role will involve managing product listings ensuring inventory accuracy coordinating orders and deliveries and maintaining a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities Include:
eCommerce Store Management:
Oversee the full product catalog ensuring all listings are accurate uptodate and optimized for search.
Manage product uploads and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels and handle order fulfillment.
Operations & Logistics:
Manage daily operations to ensure timely order processing shipping and customer satisfaction.
Track deliveries resolve any shipment issues and ensure customer orders are handled efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed ensuring no inventory shortages.
Pricing & Promotions:
Own pricing strategies ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Plan and execute sales promotions flash deals and limitedtime offers to drive sales and customer engagement.
Test new product configurations bundles and discounts to increase average order value (AOV).
Customer Experience:
Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers from browsing to checkout.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the shopping experience.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage a small team of assistants who handle various aspects of product listings order processing and customer service.
Collaborate with marketing design and product teams to optimize the website and enhance the customer journey.
Report on store performance key metrics and opportunities for growth to senior leadership.
Ideal Qualifications:
1 years of experience in eCommerce store management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of product listings inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Proficiency with eCommerce platforms inventory systems and analytics tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Bonus: Experience in wellness supplements or consumer health products.
