Job Description
We are seeking a skilled (PRN) as needed Maintenance technician to join our team. This position is Monday through Friday dayshift hours. The start pay for this position is $14.30 with and additional $0.25 per year of experience with a cap of 15 years.
Job Position:
The overall purpose of the Maintenance Tech is to help maintain the grounds facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal state and local standards guidelines and regulations our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by your supervisor to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. The Maintenance tech will be responsible for the upkeep repair and improvement of our facilities Duplexs Assisted living and independent living apartments.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent preferred
Ability to read write and speak the English language
Skills :
Must function independently have work flexibility personal integrity and the ability to work effectively and harmoniously with residents family members and coworkers in a personcentered care environment.
Ability to communicate with Maintenance personnel and other department personnel
