We are Hiring a House Managers at Peace Hospital!

Peace Hospital part of UofL Health is a private nonprofit behavioral health hospital. One of the largest behavioral health facilities in the nation Peace Hospital is known for providing care for children adolescents adults and senior adults age 55 and older. Our Kosair for Kids Childrens Peace Center is the largest and most comprehensive private provider of youth inpatient behavioral health services in the country treating children and adolescents with behavioral health and cooccurring disorders. We have a partial hospitalization program for schoolaged children and an inpatient specialty program for children and adolescents who have complex treatment needs such as intellectual or developmental disabilities accompanied by acute behavioral and psychiatric symptoms. UofL Health is home to over 14000 team members 1000 providers 200 practice locations 9 hospitals and 4 medical centers.

Job Summary
This position is responsible and accountable for total units operations on a 24hour basis to include fiscal management staff development and resource management with the ultimate goal of achieving quality and safe patient care.
The area of focus
- Ages 399
- Patients requiring hospitalization for mental health emergencies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of nursing. BSN required (equivalent specialty experience will be considered in lieu of the educational and experience requirements based on executive leadership approval.
- Three years of RN experience including 2 years of management.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
- BLS required from American Heart Association.
- Ability to complete Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training and successful completion during new hire orientation.
