THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our national Graphic Communications (GC) team.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager Direct your key focus will be to deliver a highquality customer experience from the initial client contact through to onboarding and ongoing account management.

In your new role you will be the primary point of contact for customers on a daytoday basis with queries about products services orders and implementation taking the lead on managing any changes within the account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the GC Specialist team to identify opportunities review account health and fulfil the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial Legal Sales Operations Billing and Pre/Post Sales Teams to support the GC Sales Specialists from inception to deployment
  • Review account performance with the GC Specialist team through data and market insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies (including Sales Plans) to increase customer retention and engagement
  • Manage account enquiries to ensure a Customer Happy Experience (CHX) is delivered

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Inside Sales or Customer Success experience preferably within a technology environment
  • Strong CRM and MS Office skills including MS Excel and Web Presentation tools
  • Superior organisational and multitasking skills
  • Great track record in managing customer expectations
