Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg City (Hybrid)
Languages: German & English (mandatory) Polish (a plus)

Were looking for a Sales Support & Marketing Coordinator to join our Hamburgbased team. Youll support the sales process coordinate customer events and bring marketing initiatives to life playing a key role in how we connect with our customers and grow our business.
What Youll Be Doing
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Identify key events and plan strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead the planning and of trade shows conferences webinars and other activities
- Manage event logistics including venues suppliers shipping equipment catering and registration
- Work with creative teams on promotional materials and branded content
- Track budgets expenses and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
- Collect event feedback and apply insights to continuously improve
- Monitor market trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance visibility and engagement
Sales Support & Customer Coordination
- Analyze sales data and contribute to business reviews
- Support CRM improvements and contract handling
- Organize internal sales meetings and support customer communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain uptodate customer and vessel master data
What You Bring
- Background in commercial or marketing fields (e.g. Industriekaufmann/frau Bachelors in Marketing Communications or similar)
- 2 years in sales support marketing coordination and/or event planning
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Handson wellorganized and techsavvy (CRM experience preferred Salesforce a plus)
- Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
- Curious proactive and eager to grow in a fastpaced team
