Reporting directly to the Head of Brand youll take the reins on exciting product development drive strategic licensing partnerships and lead innovative marketing initiatives across our iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Branded Celebrations Product Development
Lead a team of 4 to deliver product strategy across 700 SKUs in Party Gift Dressings & Boxed Cards.
Identify trends and seize growth opportunities in the UK Celebrations market.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver marketleading sustainable innovation.
Build strong relationships with account teams and retailers to meet consumer needs.
Licensing (Inbound)
Support and guide our Licensing team to maximise returns from licensed properties.
Take ownership of key licensing relationships including managing our ongoing partnerships.
Negotiate contracts track royalties and ensure compliance with all terms.
Seek new licensing opportunities and develop standout product ranges.
Collaborate globally with American Greetings and John Sands.
Marketing Communications
Shape and deliver marketing objectives aligned with strategic goals.
Build and lead plans for PR print trade shows and retailer marketing.
Set and monitor digital strategy performance across brand channels.
Drive the delivery of engaging content using inhouse creative resources.
What Were Looking For
Experience
Strong track record in product development & general merchandise.
Handson experience in licensing inbound or outbound.
Skilled in contract negotiations and collaborating with legal/finance teams.
Experience across both traditional and digital marketing.
Proven people management with a passion for developing highperforming teams.

Location & Travel
A hybrid working model to support work0life balance(minimum 2 days per week with Tuesday and Wednesday being our core office days based in our Head Office in Dewsbury West Yorkshire).
