What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Develop implement and evaluate GMP training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Lead and manage moderately complex projects effectively utilizing time and resources.
Apply specialized skills and knowledge to contribute to departmental work.
Make independent decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options in nonstandard situations.
Work autonomously on assignments seeking guidance for unusual or complex issues.
Review personal work and mentor colleagues by reviewing their work.
Utilize judgment and experience to become a resource for others.
Guide teams through projects performing needs assessments and audience analysis to bridge performance gaps.
Create innovative training content and curriculum with input from business leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement diverse learning strategies and highquality training materials ensuring alignment with company standards and staying updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
MustHave
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a masters degree with at least 3 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0 years of experience; OR as associates degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in handling LMS administration
Effective facilitation and project management skills
Mastery of the MS Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Content editing capabilities
NicetoHave
Masters degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience
Proficiency in Quality Management Systems
Indepth understanding of GMP and Data Integrity
Experience with Regulation inspections
Extensive knowledge of training requirements and guidelines
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
