TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Staffing Sales Representative to join our Austin TX team! 78752
This is a permanent directhire opportunity with TMD Staffing!
POSITION:Staffing Sales Representative
LOCATION:Austin TX 78752
SHIFT:FullTime; MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
COMPENSATION:Competitive Base Salary plus Commission
SUMMARY:Are you a gogetter with a passion for Relationship Building The Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees payroll expectations are met. We are looking for individuals with at least 35 years in the staffing industry.
STAFFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.
- As a road warrior youll spend most of your time out of the office selling.
- Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
- Prepare and present proposals quotes and recommend candidates.
- Prepare calculate and negotiate bill rates with clients.
- RelationshipOriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Responsible for performing all sales and service functions for targeted markets by making outside cold calls to build business relationships and become a preferred supplier of temporary employees to local businesses.
STAFFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Outside Sales and/or B2B experience is strongly preferred.
- 35 years of experience in staffing is required.
- Must be a Road Warrior. Youll spend most of your time out of the office selling.
- Valid drivers license and companyrequired car insurance coverage.
- Reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Light computer experience required.
