A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNTING CLERK / OFFICE ASSISTANT

As an Accounting Clerk / Office Assistant you are an integral part of our company. You help our established business continue to thrive by completing a variety of important administrative tasks including ordering office supplies ordering inventory for uniforms preparing job folders and assisting with quotes and service department projects. You also expertly handle a variety of accounting tasks including posting daily cash receipts performing data entry of accounts payable preparing the overtime schedule and attendance record for payroll and taking parking ticket payments.

Highly organized you reconcile our bank statements at the end of the month assist with collections for our accounts receivable handle incoming payments and post daily job tickets. With great diligence you look over our companys financial wellness and keep our office running at peak efficiency. You take pride in keeping our office organized and our finances in order!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK / OFFICE ASSISTANT

  • 2 years of experience working in an office setting

Are you a personable individual with a great attitude Can you work well both independently and as part of a team Are you a motivated selfstarter Do you enjoy keeping busy Are you highly attentive to detail If yes you might just be perfect for this administrative position!


WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ACCOUNTING CLERK / OFFICE ASSISTANT

This fulltime financial position works from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30minute lunch.
