This role is vital in ensuring smooth front desk operations supporting HR functions and collaborating with clinical staff to deliver efficient service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare office management HR and clinical support.
Responsibilities Include:
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
Greet clients schedule appointments and manage client records.
Verify insurance information and process payments.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office runs efficiently.
HR Functions:
Assist with onboarding new employees and provide payroll support.
Manage recruitment efforts including posting job openings and conducting interviews.
Provide employee training address staff concerns and maintain staff records.
Clinical Support:
Coordinate patient flow ensuring timely checkins and appointments.
Assist with patient documentation and ensure it is properly filed.
Provide emotional support to clients as needed during visits.
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (preferred).
2 years of experience in a healthcare front office with HR experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HR software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
Empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients and staff.
