Job Description
MRI Wausau a subsidiary of Angott Search Group as partnered with a nearly $500 million bank to identify its next Chief Lending Officer (CLO). This strategic leader will oversee all lending functions and ensure alignment with the Banks financial objectives strategic goals and regulatory compliance at both state and federal levels.
The position will oversee the loan department overall portfolio credit quality risk and the staff. This role works with Agricultural and Commercial a focus on quality service convenience and value the CLO will play a key role in strengthening the Credit Unions lending strategy while effectively managing collections and repayments.
Experience:
- Ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in lending and able to relocate to the community in Central Wisconsin.
