Job Description
Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of event staff for an upcoming conference taking place at the Anaheim Convention Center from Monday April 28th to Wednesday April 30th.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Orange County is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities in 2025. We provide a fun collaborative and positive work environment!
Job Description
- This event is a talent development conference and is being held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim CA
- Job duties include registration badge scanning info desk support ushering greeting/directional and other general event duties. Staff will be asked to work in multiple roles during the course of the event.
- Pay is $22/hour we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Parking will be reimbursed up to $25
- Staff will need to wear their own Show Black black slacks (no jeans/no leggings) black button up collared shirt and black professional shoes
Shift Dates & Times
- Must be fully available Monday April 28th to Wednesday April 30th.
- Shifts will be 410 hours in length per day.
- Shifts will start as early as 6:30 AM and end no later than 5 PM
- Please note: A limited number of shifts may be available
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in frontfacing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 412 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor appearance and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Techsavvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to the Anaheim CA area. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
