About the Role:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients including drug dispensing distribution and medication counselling.

  • Deliver accurate and timely drug information to patients and staff to support safe and effective medication use.

  • Collaborate with our friendly and supportive pharmacy team to ensure high standards of patient care.

  • Participate in core departmental operations with a focus on safety quality and efficiency.

  • Engage in orientation and structured training programs with ongoing support to develop skills in clinical pharmacy dispensing and drug information.

About You:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Pharmacist with no restrictions on scope of practice.

  • Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Understanding of formulary management principles and the practical application of formulary decisions within a hospital setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Ability to participate in weekend and oncall rosters as required.
