Job Description
Pharmacist performs a professional service in dispensing medication diagnosis and treatment of SALUD patients. The Pharmacist approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management self-efficacy and behavior change. This would include patients in both the ambulatory setting and the corresponding hospital.
We offer:
- Starting annual pay range is $62.37 to $69.78 per hour
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm

Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Pharm D preferred
Experience:
- Experience working at a Community Health Center pharmacy preferred
Licensure:
- Possess a license to practice pharmacy in good standing in the State of Colorado
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of the principles and practices of general medicine
- Thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical treatment of a variety of diseases and injuries
- Must work well with the other patient care team members
- Ability to gain the confidence of patients and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with them and with other employees
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
