Special Education TEALS Teacher is the teacher of record for their students and provides instruction support and guidance and manages the learning process focusing on selfcontained and ALT students individual needs as defined by each students Individual Education Program (IEP). This role is also responsible for progress monitoring on goals and service logs as required in serving special education students and for all compliance documents required in serving selfcontained and ALT students.
