The Opportunity:
As the Sales Administrator you ll be the glue that holds the sales and marketing teams together. From booking travel to ordering lunch for Monday meetings you ll be the goto support for a dynamic crew that includes the Sales Manager Marketing Lead Customer Service Manager and senior leadership. This is not your typical buttonedup admin role this is about being flexible being helpful and making life easier for the people around you. If you love organizing serving others and sprinkling in some fun along the way this might be your next great chapter.
In this role you can expect to:
- Coordinate travel for all divisions and executive leadership
- Organize logistics for marketing events and internal meetings (lunch included!
- Manage office supplies and inventory across departments
- Support executive leadership (including calendar and special projects)
- Register teams for golf outings (yes it s part of the job and yes it s as fun as it sounds)

- You ve got at least 2 years of experience in sales support admin or a similar role
- You re comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities with ease and a smile
