Job Description

What would you do

  • Lead billing collections (cartera) and customer relationship management ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
  • Analyze revenue and reservations monthly identifying billing variances and uncovering strategic insights.
  • Interpret commercial contracts to understand their financial impact and risks ensuring business implications are wellmanaged.
  • Plan and track cash collections and supplier payments ensuring healthy cash flow management.
  • Perform weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoring ensuring liquidity across operations.
  • Manage banking portals (national and international) ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
  • Supervise treasury functions including payment processing bank transfers and cash optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors supporting audit processes with timely documentation and insights.
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support business decisionmaking.

Your experience has been shaped by

  • Degree in Accounting Business Administration Economics or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in finance treasury or cash flow management roles.
  • Solid experience in contract analysis stakeholder reporting and audit collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage payments and bank transactions in complex organizational settings.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow cycles and financial controls.
  • High ethical standards confidentiality and reliability in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to shift from reactive to predictive thinking adding strategic value to financial planning.



Your SuperPowers

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with financial tools/ERPs (e.g. Siigo QuickBooks or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a businessoriented mindset.
  • Detailoriented with strong communication skills especially in interacting with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced environment balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • English level: B2 (Desirable for crossborder communications and documentation).
