Job Description

Publisher Campaign Manager
The Publisher Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position is vital for bridging the gap between publishers and advertisers facilitating optimal campaign performance that drives revenue and brand awareness. The individual in this role will use their expertise to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously analyze data and report on results to stakeholders. A successful Publisher Campaign Manager is able to think critically solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively with diverse teams. Equipped with strong analytical skills they ensure campaigns meet all performance objectives while managing client relationships. This function is crucial for reinforcing the organizations position in a competitive market by maximizing client satisfaction and fostering collaboration with all internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate campaign efforts across multiple platforms including digital social media and print.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to gauge success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage client communications ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Create detailed reports for stakeholders showcasing campaign performance metrics and insights.
  • Maintain budget controls ensuring campaigns remain within financial scope.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track campaign progress and foster client relationships.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for advertising purposes.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities for clients.
  • Manage onboarding and training of new clients into the campaign management processes.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during campaign proactively.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with the marketing team.
  • Conduct regular reviews of campaign strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new campaign ideas and concepts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects efficiently.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a teamoriented environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising features.
  • Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly.
  • Proven track record of meeting client satisfaction and retention goals.
