Job Description

Role Brief
Responsible for pitching downstream solutions to key accounts and TCO model Solution driven selling.
Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plan for selling downstream products and services
  • Solution design costing and negotiation of price with customer
  • Lead assessment and qualification based on winwin analysis between service centers and customer need fulfillment. This must be done at segment/Sub segment level.
  • Downstream Products and services inclusion in various Specifications of nodal bodies like IRC PWD CPWD CRRI CBRI BIS etc. government owner
  • Jointly with KAM present TCO based cost comparison of different construction methodology (prefab vs insitu) and drive adoption of prefab with key accounts
  • Architect Consultant interaction and inclusion of products in DPR in at pretender stage private owner
  • Support sales team in customer discussions & lead customer negotiations/ price finalization

Skills
  • 5 Years of experience in technocommercial sales
  • Experience in EPC companies (design engineering or Project Management)
  • Basic knowhow of construction processes segment wise requirements/ practices etc.
  • Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience
BE / (Civil) from Recognized University 5 years of work experience in EPC industry (design/ PM or Construction)

1. Total downstream sales
2. Lead conversion
3. Average unit rate (price) and average margin
