Role Brief
Responsible for pitching downstream solutions to key accounts and TCO model Solution driven selling.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plan for selling downstream products and services
- Solution design costing and negotiation of price with customer
- Lead assessment and qualification based on winwin analysis between service centers and customer need fulfillment. This must be done at segment/Sub segment level.
- Downstream Products and services inclusion in various Specifications of nodal bodies like IRC PWD CPWD CRRI CBRI BIS etc. government owner
- Jointly with KAM present TCO based cost comparison of different construction methodology (prefab vs insitu) and drive adoption of prefab with key accounts
- Architect Consultant interaction and inclusion of products in DPR in at pretender stage private owner
- Support sales team in customer discussions & lead customer negotiations/ price finalization
Skills
- 5 Years of experience in technocommercial sales
- Experience in EPC companies (design engineering or Project Management)
- Basic knowhow of construction processes segment wise requirements/ practices etc.
- Strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience
BE / (Civil) from Recognized University 5 years of work experience in EPC industry (design/ PM or Construction)
