Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the ERP market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ERP systems strong relationshipbuilding skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking cold calling and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our ERP solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and sales contracts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Must be based in Riyadh KSA.
- 5 years of experience in sales preferably in business solutions ERP solutions or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
