Job Description

Our Client is a leading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and custom software solutions that empower businesses to streamline operations and enhance productivity. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team.


Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the ERP market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of ERP systems strong relationshipbuilding skills and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking cold calling and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and sales contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Must be based in Riyadh KSA.
  • 5 years of experience in sales preferably in business solutions ERP solutions or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
