We are looking for a senior dynamic and results-oriented Director of Account Management - Europe & RoW to lead and scale our strategy for our European markets. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement retention and expansion within these key geographies which represents 40% of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing big teams responsible of key accounts fostering engagement among clients and implementing scalable communication flows across multiple geographies. This role will be responsible for leading and scaling the account management team ensuring high customer retention and driving upsell opportunities. You will also act as a key liaison between our customers and our Product team ensuring market-specific needs and gaps are communicated effectively and addressed efficiently.
