Job Description
The AI Automation Engineer will be responsible for the design build and rollout of AI automations. This role will ensure that robust highquality automations are developed and are done so with the highest design standards possible. This role will be an active participant in the entire journey through the automation development lifecycle and will be expected to deliver multiple automations across multiple customers simultaneously. To accomplish this they will be expected to effectively communicate and work with internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders sometimes with those in senior leadership positions. Success in this role means working with fanatical focus on delighting customers and resulting in happy customers that are renewing our software subscriptions and expanding into our other solutions to drive more value.
Job Responsibilities:
AI & Automation:
Develop design and implement agentic workflows and autonomous agents using no low and procode tools.
Research evaluate and document new automation and agentic technologies as they appear on the market.
Expert in automation softwares such as Make Zappier UI Path.
Develop deploy and promote new automation technologies.
Leverage OpenAI Claude Gemini Lang Chain Agents and vector databases for AIdriven solutions.
Software Engineering:
Develop design and implement integration frontend or backend solutions required for a job.
This role will ensure that robust highquality automations are developed and are done so with the highest design standards possible.
Expected to effectively communicate and work with internal stakeholders and customer stakeholders sometimes with those in senior leadership positions.
Actively participate in collaborative discussions between customer leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation goals and requirements.
Responsible for management and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Requirements:
4 years of experience in a product focused software engineering role.
Track record of shipping highly intuitive and scalable products to end users.
AI & Machine Learning Expertise;
Workflow Automation & API Integration;
Backend & Database Development:
Proficiency in Python
Database experience with:
SQL Databases for structured legal data storage.
NoSQL Databases for flexible case law retrieval.
Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
Other Requirements:
Bachelor s degree or similar experience required.
3 to 5 years of experience in clientfacing consulting roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify business questions analyze data draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
Ability to multitask between concurrent assignments and to work in a fastpaced organization.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as but not limited to C# JAVA Python.
Familiarity with knowledge of application functions bug fixing and testing protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Automation experience in GHL HubSpot or similar or other similar crm
Required Technical Skills & Knowledge: 1. Web Development & CMS Strong experience with WordPress (custom themes, plugins, troubleshooting). Knowledge of Shopify, Webflow, or other CMS platforms (preferred but not required). Ability to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for debugging and customization. 2. Server & Hosting Management Experience with cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, and web hosting services. Knowledge of Linux server administration and command-line basics. Understanding of DNS, domain transfers, and SSL certificates 3. Automation & Integrations Strong proficiency with Zapier and other automation tools. Experience with API integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing tools. Familiarity with webhooks and data transfer methods. 4. Debugging & Technical Troubleshooting Experience identifying and resolving WordPress plugin conflicts. Proficiency in debugging JavaScript, PHP, and API connection issues. Ability to troubleshoot CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows. Schedule: 20 hours per week between 8am 5pm CST Salary: 400,000 -600,000 inr per year.
