Administrative Assistant to provide operational support for operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that essential systems and facilities including phones computers video teleconferencing and office spaces are operational maintained and accessible to all personnel.
Qualifications :
- Coordinate and participate in working group meetings to synchronize crossdepartmental operations and resources such as phones printers and computers. Prepare documentation and track action items.
- Assist in analyzing and implementing longterm operational plans and initiatives ensuring effective dissemination of plans across teams.
- Offer administrative support and recommendations for workspace improvement plans presentations and diagrams while leveraging government applications.
- Manage and track NMCI/phone equipment ensuring accurate inventory maintenance and proper handling during personnel transitions.
- Maintain and manage PEO websites and portal support ensuring updates enhancements and maintenance are completed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SECRET security clearance minimum
Additional Information :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
