Overview
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Chief Inspector (NICET IV) for a NYSDOT project located in the Nesconset/ Stony Brook NY area.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHill is a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston and Metro Park NJ.
Responsibilities
The Chief Inspector will be responsible for managing several inspectors and coordinating all construction inspections for major infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- NICET Level IV preferred or Civil Engineering Degree
- 15 years NYSDOT experience required
- NYSDOT inspection and Site Manager experience required
- Concrete and asphalt pavement retaining walls drainage noise walls highway utility traffic signals and landscaping experience required
- ACI NYSDEC 4hr E&S Control and NETTCP certifications a plus

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
- Compensation: $140000 yr. min to $170000 yr. max
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates qualifications and location
- The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
