Job Description

Role Overview

The Associate Director of Strategy Planning & Innovation CF1 is a key executionfocused role within Business Intelligence & Operations (BI&O). This role will manage critical strategic projects drive operational efficiencies and align business priorities with Biogen North America (BNA) goals.

 

The role bridges strategy and ensuring that BI&O priorities are operationalized effectively supporting leadership with datadriven insights process improvement and crossfunctional coordination. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing key initiatives tracking performance and driving continuous improvements to optimize resources vendor relationships and financial efficiency.

Who You Are:

 

 

 

 


Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in strategy operations analytics or commercial functions within pharma biotech or life sciences.
  • Strong project management skills with experience executing strategic initiatives in a matrixed crossfunctional environment.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships budgets and financial performance tracking.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency with experience in Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies a plus.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into tangible business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience developing materials for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity manage competing priorities and drive results.

Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree required MBA strongly preferred

 


Additional Information :

The base salary range for this position is $158000 $217000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location and internal equity.  Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and longterm incentives including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual business unit and company performance.
