To manage and handling order of industrial services especially retrofit and modernization of various product overhead travelling cranes within the country coverage area.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide support within the country for all Branches (West Central and East) regarding project of SP22M and SP27 as assigned by direct manager
- To provide weekly reports regarding project progress of SP22M and SP27
- To develop project plan/schedule and to monitor the progress
- To prepare project documentation in accordance with customer requirements as stated in the contract or customer order up to the Minutes of project completion signed by the customer
- To coordinate with customers regarding project planning and scheduling
- To coordinate with sales branch operations and support teams as well as vendors/suppliers/subcontractors appointed by the purchasing team regarding project
- To carry out all work activities by implementing standard company procedures
- To collaborate with internal and external parties to maintain business opportunities that provide benefits for the company To maintain tools/equipment and safety outfit
- To attend and carry out training scheduled by the company
- To implement work safety regulatory standards in carrying out work accompanied by safety analysis which is included in 5S.
- To carry out any others duty assigned and directed by superiors
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Qualifications :
Background & Skills:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant to aforementioned engineering background
- Minimum 3 (three) years experiences in similar position
- Fully equipped with SHEQ knowledge and understanding of its legislation
- Minimum Basic computer literacy on Microsoft Office
- English Language Skill
