Forms the link and interfaces between the hotels different departments and various points of reception. Is mobile.
Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
Promotes the hotels offer. Helps meet the departments quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.
Qualifications :
2 years experience at the same position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain Speaks and write Mandarin language professionally Diploma in hospitality and also English speaking skills.
He / She should have outgoing personality Open mindedness sense of service initiative interpersonal skills and very good team work.
