Job Description
Manhattan Motorcars BDC
In this role you will be the link between our prospects and clients the sales team and upper management. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company perspective vehicles and the purchase process. You will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish followsup with sales appointments
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
- Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
- Create and execute email campaigns through CRM.
- Respond to and manage inbound leads via phone email chat and text.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct outbound followup with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
- Manage Automotive Mastermind accounts to maximize customer retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiencywith CRM systems and computer software.
- Passion for the luxury automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation Range:
- Base Hourly pay plus monthly commission total annual compensation ranges from $65000$95000 commensurate with experience.
