Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting planning implementation and development of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Administering Microsoft or Linux environments.
  • Installing developing and supporting customer environments.
  • Providing remote and onsite support to customers.
  • Supporting the sales team in the presales phase.
  • Conceptualizing and setting up cloud projects.
  • Configuring hardware and software systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT administration/infrastructure.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IT administration and infrastructure.
    • Proficiency in Exchange SQL Microsoft Azure/365.
    • Server administration experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and a solutionoriented mindset.
  • Languages:
    • German: Minimum B2 level.
    • English: Minimum C1 level.
  • Education:
    • ITrelated degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory.
    • Fachinformatiker fr Systemintegration apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Personality Traits:
    • Teamoriented logical thinker with quick comprehension.
    • Flexible reliable work style.
    • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving ability.
    • Good internal and external communication skills.
    • Loyal and highly committed to the employer.

Hiring Process:

Team Structure:

  • Direct Reports: 46 team members.
  • Total Employees Supervised: 20 colleagues in total.
  • Reporting To: Team Leader.

Role Specifics:

  • Contract Type: Openended.
  • Vacation Days: 28 days per year.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week (option for 32 hours per week with proportional salary adjustment).
  • Probation Period: 6 months
