Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview:

Were seeking a polished emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support a highnetworth individual with a wide range of logistical personal and lifestylerelated tasks. This is a clientfacing role that demands strong judgment clear communication and the ability to selfmanage effectively. The right candidate will bring structure foresight and reliability from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate needs and manage tasks proactively to bring structure to a dynamic schedule
  • Serve as the primary point of contact managing communications via email messages and occasional video calls
  • Coordinate appointments routines and recurring obligations for smooth daily flow
  • Handle logistics for errands gifting bookings and personal followups
  • Plan and execute travel celebrations or gatherings including timeline and vendor coordination
  • Liaise with service providers and collaborators to ensure smooth of plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and task tracking using internal systems
  • Communicate clearly promptly and professionally across all channels

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting highnetworth individuals or executives
  • Impeccable English communication skills able to write and respond professionally on behalf of the client
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate changing priorities and adjust tone accordingly
  • Dependable and grounded; able to handle both strategic and routine tasks with equal dedication
  • Based in LATAM (Argentina preferred) with openness to occasional evening or weekend responsiveness


NicetoHaves:

  • Background in luxury services travel planning or lifestyle management
  • Experience managing special events or multistep logistical operations
