Job Summary
The Parts Department Manager at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall is responsible for managing and organizing the inventory in the Parts Department and leading the sales and customer service team in the processing of customer orders. The position requires strong leadership and excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. This is a fulltime basepluscommission in the Auto industry located in Chattanooga Tennessee.

Responsibilities
Maintaining an effective Parts Department keeping it neat and organized and managing inventory levels and orders as needed.
Ensuring customer satisfaction with parts orders for administration and marketing.
Leading mentoring and motivating the Parts Department sales and customer service team to understand and deliver customer requirements.
Recommending product upgrades or accessories to customers
Maximizing sales opportunities by developing and executing sales strategies.
Developing and maintaining relationships with local customers and vendors.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards as established by management.
Requirements
3 years prior automotive/parts department sales and customer service management experience.
Strong knowledge of Parts Department principles and operations.
Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory and accounting controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
