Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Account Manager (Retail Channel Sales):
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal sales performance and service quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets including upselling and crossselling relevant products.
- Identify and engage potential new retail partners to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out promotional campaigns instore marketing efforts and new product introductions.
- Track and analyze sales data and trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Train and support retail staff to enhance product knowledge and promote effective sales .
- Stay updated on market developments competitor activities and consumer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Marketing Sales or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail channel sales preferably in consumer goods electronics or related industries.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess sales performance and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactive organized and able to work independently with good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4500 Allowances Sales Incentive AWS VB 2 Months)
- Working Location: Labrador Park
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
