Account Managers are valuable members of the Open Road Sales team. Account Managers are responsible for the direct to driver activities. Account Managers are Open Roads front line. The role of the Account Manager is to develop maintain and grow existing client relationships in addition; grow new revenue generating opportunities. A successful Account Manager will become deeply familiar with each of his/her clients and their challenges. The ideal candidate will have high integrity professionalism a constant positive attitude and the ability to succeed in a competitive environment. This is a base commission opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Grow direct to driver portfolio through new sales and customer retention efforts
Impact company growth utilizing a variety of sales methods including customer development networking relationship building lead generation cold calling etc.
Obtain customer referrals to expand program footprint
Complete driver applications and submit for activation
Participate in weekly sales meeting and contribute to a positive work environment
Manage daily schedule
Meet and exceed monthly sales quota and goals
Other duties and special projects as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; Inside sales experience is a plus
Goal oriented and motivated by success
Strong telephone presence and experience in high call volume environment
Effective ability to provide a professional company image to prospects
Excellent time management prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
4-year degree preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
