Property Management Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one fulltime Facility Director to join our team at State College Commercial Division. This position will be responsible for managing various commercial office properties in State College Pa. A PA Real Estate License is preferred. Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations.
- Interact with commercial maintenance technicians.
- Daily follow up with tenants and service vendors.
- Daily customer service with our tenants work order requests communications etc.
- Various data entry.
- Show and lease space available.
- PA Real Estate License is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to follow up and work independently.
- Must be able to pass FBI background check.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
