Job Description
Do you have the drive to lead and optimize maintenance operations while ensuring safety efficiency and customer satisfaction
Valmet is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Manager to support our millwide maintenance operations in the beautiful city of Lucca Italy.
As the Preventive Maintenance Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing maintenance operations by leveraging our global technical expertise driving the development of customer site maintenance processes and contributing to Valmets knowledge base.
Moreover you will:
Ensure the safe of all maintenance and site activities in line with Valmet customer and country HSE policies.
Develop and implement shortterm and longterm maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and availability.
Support the successful integration of millwide maintenance operations and foster collaboration with customers.
Support the customer in the annual budget management and cost monitoring.
Lead and motivate the maintenance team ensuring alignment with Valmets values and contractual obligations.
Promote a proactive maintenance culture drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply best practices to achieve worldclass maintenance standards.
What Youll Need to Succeed
A strong technical background and experience in similar roles will be highly appreciated.
Leadership skills including the ability to coach and motivate teams.
Expertise in customer collaboration change management and lean management principles.
Excellent communication networking and analytical skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
