WHO YOU ARE:
Technical Lead plays a key role in the design development/configuration unit testing installation and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms. Works with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnias internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. SSE interacts directly with project managers and business stakeholders and may periodically interact directly with Zinnias clients. Will facilitate Architect and enable junior team members by acting as a mentor for soft skills and/or technical subject matter experts.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering endtoend solutions using .NET technologies
- Define technical architecture and provide best practices for coding design and performance optimization
- Drive development of applications using .NET Framework .NET 4.x) .NET Core and C#/
- Architect and implement solutions using WinForms (Web Forms/MVC) Web API and WCF
- Oversee development and deployment of Windows Services and Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Design develop and scale applications on Azure Cloud including App Services Azure Functions Storage and SQL
- Guide frontend development using AJAX jQuery HTML5 and CSS3
- Manage and optimize MS SQL Server databases stored procedures and queries
- Use Entity Framework / EF Core for efficient data access and persistence
- Perform code reviews ensure code quality and enforce secure coding practices
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including QA DevOps and Product teams
- Own delivery timelines sprint planning and risk mitigation in Agile/Scrum environments
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- 10 years of handson experience in software development using .NET technologies with at least 4 years of experience as a Lead.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or architectural role
- Expertise in C# and/or with strong understanding of objectoriented programming
- Strong experience with Win Forms MVC/Web Forms WCF and Web API
- Handson experience with .NET Core/.NET 6
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Services and deployment best practices
- Proficient in HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX jQuery
Good to have:
- Cloud Platforms Familiarity with AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- TypeScript/JavaScript Frontend or fullstack exposure for ML productinterfaces.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g. MLflow Kubeflow etc.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
