While it is a casual role you will still have ample opportunity to undertake learning opportunities and part time and fulltime positions may be available in the future.
In this role you will
- Support our Warracknabealbranch and on occasion Rainbow by being the first point of contact for our customers
- Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
- Work with your customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges and identify the most suitable products and services.
- Ensure our customers receive a seamless consistent and customised experience every step of the way
- Assist our customers with account opening unsecured lending and banking transactions
- Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (selfservice and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple easy and secure
- Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development

The Hours
Join our team in this casual on call role within the hours 9:00am 1:00pm Monday to Friday.
Your home branch will be Warracknabealhowever your skills and expertise will also be required to cover at ourRainbowbranch so a licence and transport is essential.
