Supporting our Director of Motor Business Improvement were recruiting for a Head of Transformation for our Motor business on an 8month fixed term contract basis. Our Motor leadership team (LT) are implementing a transformative turnaround strategy within the highly competitive insurance industry. To support this turnaround were recruiting for a Head of Transformation to lead the oversight and delivery of our Motor transformation roadmap not just a strategic planner but someone who will lean in to execute and make things happen!
What youll be doing:
Lead the oversight and of the Motor roadmap: help boost progress across the critical turnaround programmes underway working closely with the leaders of each programme to rapidly identify and intervene on key blockers to pace implement resolutions and maintain oversight of progress.
Define a simple efficiency scorecard to measure value generated within Motor we need to get working more efficiently to do everything we need to in our plan. We expect this person to recommend and develop a solution to measure and improve efficiency in Motor
Optimise structures processes capabilities and leadership culture to improve pace of delivery interrogate the current set up across programmes (e.g. meeting etiquette processes reporting decisionmaking forums etc. test the culture we have developed join the dots for us to identify what is causing the inefficiency and recommend solutions to deliver more value based on their view of what best in class looks like.
Make proactive recommendations to align individuals teams and workflows to optimally deliver the plan the role holder will be a dispassionate reorganiser of people and teams who can quickly flow people to work in a more optimal way. This includes observing where weve got capacity and strongly lobbying and influencing to make it happen.
Create interventions and take proactive action to reach quick decisions to improve delivery
