SUMMARY:
To represent Elite Property Services the Association and Board of Directors as an Architectural Hearing Coordinator. Responsible for the enforcement of Association CC&Rs and Architectural Standards. Reports to the Property Services Manager with significant contact with Board of Directors hearing committees residents guests outside groups and associations and employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews and takes action to enforce the Associations CC&Rs and Architectural Standards based on established protocols.
Consults with homeowners to assist them in understanding and adhering to architectural rules and in preparing plans that comply with those rules.
Prepares documents packets agenda etc. for Architectural and Hearing Committees.
Attends and presents agenda items CC&R violations and Home Improvement Applications to the Architectural and Hearing Committees.
Processes all Home Improvement Applications following established procedures. Reviews and inspects completed improvements for compliance with approved architectural plans.
Prepares documents required for Escrows and performs site inspections of properties in escrow for architectural or CC&R violations.

NONESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with other jobs and other duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or GED. AA degree preferred. Will consider equivalent education and work experience.
Must have above average math skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to read architectural plans and construction drawings is preferred.
Must be computer literate (MS Word Excel Outlook Database).
Ability to collect analyze and evaluate facts or data.
Must have a valid California drivers license and clean DMV record.
Must be able to work an occasional flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Mandatory to attend the monthly hearing committee meeting which usually runs from 6:30 PM8:30 PM.
Must be at least 18 years old.
