Job Description:


Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and support in a fastpaced call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and standards.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and policies to protect customer data and privacy.

Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle highstress situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
